We would like to invite you to participate in HealthInsured’s #KnowYourInsuranceBeforeYouNeedIt campaign. Your story could inspire others to take action and ensure they have the protection they need.

Contest Overview

Participants can enter the contest by either filling out the form on the Health Insured website or by posting their story on Facebook/Instagram. To qualify, all social media posts must include the tags @healthinsured.sg and #KnowYourCoverageBeforeYouNeedIt.

Campaign Period

The contest will run from 15 September to 25 November 2024. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered

How to Enter

• Via Online Form: Submitting the form on the Health Insured campaign page counts as 1 entry.
• Via Social Media Post: Posting your story on Facebook/Instagram with the required tags counts as 2 entries.

Ownership and Rights

You retain ownership of your story; however, you grant IHH Singapore a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use your content for promotional purposes related to this campaign and similar future campaigns. By submitting your story, you consent to IHH Singapore using your name, likeness, and any other personal information provided in connection with the promotion of this campaign.

Prizes

Each month during the contest period, the following prizes will be awarded:

• 2 winners will receive an Apple Watch SE or Garmin Forerunner 165.
• 5 winners will receive a Grab voucher worth S$50 each.

Eligibility

• The contest is open to legal residents of Singapore only.
• Participants must be 18 years old and above to qualify.
• Employees of IHH Singapore and Hire Digital Pte Ltd, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Winner Selection

• Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries each month.
• Winners will be contacted via the email provided in the online form or via direct message on social media.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

General Terms

• By participating, participants agree to allow IHH Singapore to use their submitted content (including stories, photos, and videos) for promotional purposes across various media platforms without additional compensation.
• IHH Singapore reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the rules or that is deemed inappropriate.
• IHH Singapore reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

IHH Singapore is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or any other errors or malfunctions that may occur during the contest.

By participating in this contest you agree to release, indemnify, and hold IHH Singapore harmless from any claims or liabilities that may arise from your participation in this campaign, including the use of your content as described above.

Privacy Policy

All personal information collected during the contest will be used in accordance with IHH Singapore’s Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

Governing Law

The contest is governed by the laws of Singapore, and participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

By submitting your story, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this release form.
